Where we deliver
We deliver across Bangladesh — with our own riders inside Dhaka and trusted courier partners everywhere else.
Delivery times
- Inside Dhaka — usually 1–3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka — usually 3–5 working days.
Times are estimates and may be longer around public holidays and Eid, or during bad weather and other events outside our control.
Delivery charges
Charges depend on whether the address is inside or outside Dhaka and are shown at checkout. Any free-delivery offers are displayed on the site while they run.
Paying on delivery
For cash on delivery, please pay the rider the amount shown on your order. Orders paid in advance with bKash or Nagad are simply handed over.
Tracking and contact
We will call or message you before delivery, and you can follow your orders from your account. Please double-check your phone number and address — a parcel returned because of incorrect details may need to be re-sent at an extra charge.
