About us
This website is operated by GHORANA (ঘরানা), a Bangladeshi food and natural-products brand. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we accept it, which we may do by phone, SMS or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Cash on delivery (COD)
For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead us to require advance payment for future orders.
Products
Many of our products are natural and made in small batches, so colour, texture and taste can vary slightly between batches. Photos are for illustration. Please read labels for ingredients and allergens before use.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
